At Valley High Construction, we’re not just managing your build — we’re building it ourselves. From land clearing and concrete to metal erecting and framing, our company does the work firsthand. For finish-out, we partner with trusted subcontractors who share our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Land Clearing & Roads
We make raw land build-ready using our own equipment and team to remove brush, trees, debris, and unwanted vegetation while preserving the integrity of your land. We also create durable, well-graded roads tailored to your needs. The result is a clean, functional, construction-ready space.
Site Preparation
Proper site prep reduces future maintenance issues and sets the entire project up for success. We level and grade the land, establish proper drainage, and compact the soil to support long-term structural integrity and prevent future settling, erosion, and drainage issues.
Concrete Work
We don’t believe in doing the bare minimum—especially when it comes to concrete. This is the foundation of everything we build, and we take that responsibility seriously. We go above industry standards, never cut corners, and never compromise on strength, durability, or quality. Our concrete work is intentionally overbuilt to ensure your structure stands solid for decades. We also offer a variety of stains and stamps to match your aesthetic and elevate the final look of your space.
Metal Buildings
Premium metal construction is our specialty. We design and build custom metal structures including bardominiums, shops, carports, barns, garages, storage buildings, and more. We fabricate and erect all buildings ourselves, just like we would build it for our own property.
Wood Framing
Whether it's part of a metal building project, an addition, or interior finish out, our team provides skilled wood framing. From interior layout to exterior framing, we ensure that your framing is straight, strong, and precise.
Turn-key Finish Out
We offer complete turn-key finish-out services. From insulation, interior framing, and drywall to flooring, cabinetry, paint, trim, electrical, and plumbing - we handle the full interior transformation. We deliver a finished space that is beautiful and functional. You get one contractor, one team, and a seamless process from start to finish.

Basic Quote
Getting started with Valley High Construction is simple and straightforward. You can call, text, or email us to begin the conversation. We’re happy to discuss ideas, answer questions, and explore your vision—either online or in person. After understanding your goals, we can provide a basic quote relatively quickly.

Site Visit & Formal Proposal
The next step is a site visit, where we take measurements, review the layout, and identify any specific needs for your project. From there, we prepare a formal, detailed proposal outlining the full scope of work, project cost, and timeline.

Construction
Once the proposal is approved and signed, you can relax—everything is taken care of from start to finish. We handle the entire process with integrity and transparency. We will never try to sell you something you don’t need. We will build your project with the same quality and care we would give our own.

Valley High Construction is a family-owned construction company located in Marble Falls, Texas. Our company was named after the ranch we live on, one that has been in our family since 1965, Valley High Ranch.

We pride ourselves on building every project like we would build it for ourselves, on our own land - built to last, built to hold value, and built like it's ours.

Jeff Douglas
Owner
Jeff grew up in Burnet, Texas, and graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Business Management. He’s worked in construction since his teenage years and began his career with a custom metal building company after college in 2012. In 2022, Jeff launched his own business, bringing his years of experience and dedication to quality craftsmanship to every project. He and his wife, Stephanie, and their kids, Tripp and Audrey, live on Valley High Ranch in Marble Falls.
Ben Douglas
Project Manager
Ben grew up in Burnet and Leander, Texas, and graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Construction Management. He’s worked in construction since his teenage years and, after graduating college in 2021, began his career in general contracting with a large custom home builder in the Austin area. In 2023, Ben followed his passion and joined forces with his brother to build something of their own. He now lives in Liberty Hill with his wife, Rachel.
